My personal creed is to always be learning and doing everything to the best of my ability; To see projects through to the end and always make sure I leave things better than I found them. This translates into the workplace as a constant improvement mindset where inefficiency is not tolerated. I have a passion for people and our planet and like to spend time pondering on how I can make things better.

Work experience
Pro Source Home Buyers/VEND Property Solutions -
Dispositions Manager

2019 - 2021

When I signed on with Pro Source Home Buyers there were 11 employees total. There was extremely high turnover at the position I held and no documentation on how to properly complete the job. I implemented new strategies for selling, new marketing avenues, and inserted life into a withering part of the company. We were doing so well that we rebranded to VEND through a collaboration of our weekly leadership meetings. I was able to implement new processes and strategies which allowed me to take a step out and pursue further passions.

Alliance Family of Companies -
Product Specialist

2017 - 2019

At Alliance I worked with Neurologists all over the country assisting them with the installation and training of our Video Ambulatory EEG software. I was in the extremely unique position of being a mix between Sales, Customer Service, and IT all wrapped into one position. Working almost entirely remotely, I had to schedule all my own appointments based on warm/hot leads and service calls 24/7. I also scheduled all my own travel out to my West Coast territory consisting of 5 different RSMs, 25+ Sales Reps, and more than 1000 physicians. We implemented multiple software updates and changes in protocol, which my team and myself handled with calm ease.

Verizon -
Purchasing Analyst

2016 - 2017

I was hired on at Verizon as a Purchasing Analyst during a workforce strike on the East Coast of the US. Our on-time order completion rate was barely passing at a 71% when I arrived, and my boss was unable to train me since she was already at her maximum workload. I was able to pick up on the position within two days of observation and by the end of the first month, I had the on-time order completion rate up from 71% to 100%. Once the strike was over, the workload dropped off, so I requested extra work since I maintained that 100% order completion rate over the West Coast with ease. This led the Director of Global Procurement to assign me the task of fixing our payment process of our contract workers. I dealt with multimillion dollar purchase orders now on a daily basis while learning and fixing an entirely broken process. I joined the Green Team at Verizon once both of my current positions were at their most efficient. Once my year end review came about I scored the highest possible grade on everything.

Fry Street Tavern -
Bartender & Bouncer

2015 - 2016

During my time at Fry Street Tavern I handled a multitude of responsibilities and learned how to work smart and fast in high intensity situations. Multitasking was key as both a Bouncer as well as a Bartender because I had to constantly be alert to my surroundings as well as remember everything that has been asked of me for that particular situation.

Fuzzy's Taco Shop -
Bartender

2014 - 2015

Fuzzy's was a very good experience for someone who had never previously worked in the direct service industry. I believe everyone should, at one point in their lives, work a direct service industry job where wages are almost entirely dependent on social interaction. This job taught me how to deal better with all kinds of different people.

Buxton Co. -
Operations Intern

2013

Worked in Data, Research, and GIS following projects all the way from the sale to the final presented project. Developed a strong affinity for Microsoft Office as well as Google Earth and Geocoding. This was the most involved as well as the most particular position that I have ever held.

Hodges Architecture & Associates -
Investment Analyst Intern

2012 - 2013

Built my own programs through excel that allowed the CEO to directly input certain investment numbers and reach an end result in a quick, easy fashion. Built Pro Forma spreadsheets for investments already in place, and designed presentations for investment partners.
